Refund Policy
Payments, refunds, cancellation and consumer rights for RemoteCommand subscriptions.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Subscription and billing
RemoteCommand Pro is a digital subscription billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout (currently US$20/month, plus applicable taxes). It renews automatically until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payments and refunds.
Refund eligibility
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable, including unused subscription periods. Paddle may, at its discretion, consider refund requests made within 14 days of a transaction. Approval is not guaranteed. Paddle may consider service usage and consumption when reviewing discretionary refunds, and may decline abusive requests where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.
Country-specific rights
Paddle's current Buyer Refund Policy includes statutory withdrawal rights in certain locations, including a 14-day period for eligible consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the UK, and a 7-day period for consumers in South Korea, Brazil and China. Other countries may have different periods and conditions. Consult Paddle's official policy for complete requirements; nothing here limits your non-waivable legal rights.
Requesting a refund
Use the Request a refund button above to send an inquiry without signing in. We review the payment and usage before any refund decision; sending a request does not automatically approve a refund. Customers with a linked paid subscription can also check their status in Usage & Billing. If the form is unavailable, you may contact Paddle buyer support directly at paddle.net or through your receipt. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
Canceling future renewals
To stop future charges, select “Manage subscription” in your Paddle purchase confirmation email, or contact Paddle through paddle.net. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund previous payments.
Service access and usage after a refund
When a full refund is approved for the relevant Pro subscription, access to its paid Pro benefits ends. Past tool-call usage and aggregate consumption records are not erased or reset by a refund. A new purchase does not retroactively restore already consumed allowances for the same applicable usage period. Usage information may be considered in resolving refund abuse, without limiting your statutory rights. An approved full refund also cancels that subscription immediately to stop future renewal charges.
Refund processing
For an approved refund, Paddle normally returns the payment to the original payment method where possible and processes eligible refunds within 14 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Statutory withdrawal deadlines and refund requirements take precedence.
Technical problems
If the service does not function as described, contact RemoteCommand through your account's support channel for technical assistance. You may also contact Paddle for billing and refund requests. Nothing in this policy affects legal remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital services.
